Only About Children Springboard is hiring a Diploma Room Leader for our Melbourne CBD campuses. You will lead daily learning, routines and educator support in a room fostering play-based, child-led learning across the OAC Grow framework.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) and at least two years of full time experience in a similar setting. Salary ranges from $68,865 to $80,000 plus super, with opportunities across multiple Melbourne campuses.
