Peppers Silo Hotel in Launceston, Tasmania, seeks a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead service across Grain Restaurant, Grain Café and Woody’s Bar. You’ll coach the team and run day-to-day operations with the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring warm, memorable guest experiences.

3+ years in a busy hospitality venue and a Diploma in Hospitality Management are required. RSA certification and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays are essential.
