The Apollo Restaurant Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Full-Time Butcher to join our Wunderlich Lane-based team. You will support our kitchens with quality meat preparation and production, reporting to the Group Butcher and helping expand our in-house butchery program.
Based at Wunderlich Lane, Surry Hills, you’ll gain exposure to multiple restaurants and chefs while developing craft-minded skills in a growing, quality-focused workplace.
