Located in the Herat of Murwillumbah.

We are looking for a hands‑on Deli Manager who enjoys good food, takes pride in presentation and knows how to keep a busy retail operation running smoothly.

You’ll oversee the deli’s daily operations, support the team and make sure every customer receives knowledgeable, welcoming service.

About the role

Manage day‑to‑day deli operations and customer service.

Maintain appealing displays, clear pricing and excellent product presentation.

Oversee ordering, deliveries, stock rotation and stocktakes.

Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and support sales and profitability.

Lead, train and support the deli team.

Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards.





Coordinate with the kitchen and management on product availability and daily priorities.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and day‑to‑day issues.

About you

Experience in a deli, food retail, hospitality or a similar environment.

Previous supervisory or management experience.

A practical understanding of food handling, stock control and perishable products.

Confidence leading a team and delivering attentive customer service.

Robust organisation and communication skills.

An interest in Italian food, pasta and quality deli products.

Availability to work the roster required, including weekends.
