Brand Collective is opening a new Elka Collective boutique on the Gold Coast. We seek a dynamic Boutique Manager to lead the premium store, build a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will drive sales and KPIs, maintain premium visual merchandising and oversee daily operations, including rostering and stock management. This is a frontline leadership role with a brand-recent store launch and strong growth potential.
