Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 CNS in Diabetes to provide specialist diabetes assessment, planning and delivery of care with expert clinical input.

You will lead on patient reviews, contribute to diabetes education initiatives, and support the MDT in complex case management while pursuing continued career development and student teaching.
