The Role
As a Client Advisor, you will deliver an elevated and personalised client experience, building lasting relationships with local and international clientele. You will act as a true brand ambassador, combining exceptional service, storytelling and sales expertise to drive boutique performance while creating memorable experiences for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Develop, nurture and grow a portfolio of VIP and high-value clients.
- Drive sales performance through proactive client outreach and relationship management.
- Share the heritage, craftsmanship and technical excellence of the brand with confidence and authenticity.
- Support boutique events, product launches and client engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the wider boutique team to achieve sales and service objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within luxury watches, jewellery, fashion or premium retail environments.
- Demonstrated success in luxury clientelling and relationship-driven selling.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Professional, polished and commercially minded approach.
- A genuine interest in luxury craftsmanship, heritage brands and high-value clientele.
