Hotel Federal is seeking a Full-Time Qualified Chef with an apprentice pathway for the right candidate in Tasmania. You will work in a brand-current kitchen, delivering a varied menu with high standards and support from a strong kitchen team.

Ideal applicants hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or are pursuing it as an apprentice) and thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication. Transport reliability is required.
