What you’ll do

- Build clear, workable schedules for servicing, repairs, and pre-delivery work.

- Match each job to technician skills, availability, and parts readiness, adapting the plan as priorities change.

- Keep customers and teams in the loop,



following up delays so everyone knows what happens next.

- Keep job records accurate and support the preparation and checking of invoices.

- Spot workload and delivery risks early, flag them to the Service Centre Manager and help improve planning while keeping safety and quality front of mind.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in scheduling, planning, workshop coordination, or service administration—and the ability to turn competing demands into a workable plan.

- Experience using scheduling, fleet, or workshop management systems to keep work on track.

- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, and the ability to turn data into informed planning decisions.

- Strong organisation, clear communication, and accurate record keeping, backed by a practical approach when priorities shift.

- A valid open driver licence and willingness to complete required training.

Bringing experience in automotive, fleet, transport, rental, or maintenance? We’d welcome it, along with a relevant qualification—but neither is essential.
