Beyond Fire is seeking a senior HR leader to join the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Director and collaborating with General Managers. The role focuses on turning development, performance and engagement insights into a consistent, measurable system on site and in the office.
You will design career pathways, KPIs, bonus schemes and salary reviews, and lead end-to-end recruitment across trades and skilled roles, while building the people function from the ground up.
