We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to join a growing legal practice in Redmond, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for an established family law attorney with a strong background in family law matters and, preferably, an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, settlement discussions, and court proceedings.
- Handle complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting plans, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division.
- Develop case strategies, prepare legal pleadings,



conduct legal research, and draft motions and agreements.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing family law .
- Active license to practice law in Washington State.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing family law cases.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, legal writing, and client counseling skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- $200,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
