Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is looking for a General Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care within a primary care team. The role involves history taking, examinations, investigations, prescribing medications and managing long-term conditions both face-to-face and via telephone/video consultations.

Academic and clinical governance duties include accurate note taking, MDT attendance, care-plan development, clinical audits, and adherence to practice policies.
