Mercy Health seeks a energetic Clinical Services Director to lead the Medical and Subacute team in a full‑time capacity at Werribee Mercy Hospital, Melbourne. As a Clinician and Manager you will drive quality client‑focused care and work with partners to support excellent outcomes.

You will lead reform through the model of care, empower staff with distributive leadership, and oversee collaboration across Surgical, Women’s and Children’s services, GEM unit and ward.
