Base Compute is seeking an ML Engineer to push the boundaries of on-device AI and own the full inference stack, turning state-of-the-art research into production-ready infrastructure.

You will work across platforms and architectures, optimize kernels, manage model routing, and ensure low-latency serving under strict thermal and memory constraints. This is a small, quick-moving team with equity and influence on technical direction.
