Randstad is partnering with a major regional mining operation in the Southern Highlands to deliver a $100M critical infrastructure upgrade. We seek a Senior Electrical Lead to own EI&C; scope across a brownfield capital program, managing an internal team and specialist contractors in a live plant workplace.

You will drive design assurance, HV realignment, switchrooms, PLC/SCADA integration, and energisation, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely handovers on a 20-month fixed-term contract
