The EQ Perth hotel, Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an exceptional Executive Pastry & Bakery Chef to lead pre-opening and ongoing pastry and bakery operations of a recent luxury hotel. Reporting to the Culinary Director, this property-wide leadership role will establish a distinctive identity across the hotel’s dining experiences, afternoon tea, banqueting, in-room dining, guest amenities and retail.
