Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team for hypergrowth. The role reports to the GM Australia and focuses on building a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed sales engine to exceed quotas.

This is a full time Australia role with up to 25% travel to the USA. You will mentor reps, optimize processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline generation and forecast quarterly targets.
