Randstad are partnering with the team to recruit a commercially sharp Senior Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor for their project based in the inner Brisbane area. In this role, you will lead and control the commercial backbone of the project, managing the head contract between the builder and tier-one developer client to maintain absolute commercial certainty and a robust cash-positive position throughout the build lifecycle.
