- Specialist Private Practice Allowance, Category B**: 50% of ordinary annual salary per annum (approximately $138,662 - $153,385)
- Other allowances available as per Medical Officers NTPS 2026 - 2029 Enterprise Agreement,

As Clinical Director, you'll provide strategic and clinical leadership across Mental Health Services in the Central Australia Region, leading specialist medical teams while shaping the future direction of regional mental health care.
