Pay: SMO; $230 per hour. GP/RG: $260 per hour.
Accommodations: Hotel accommodation provided in office if unavailable; hire car provided on-site if fleet vehicle not available. Reimbursement: $50 per day if own hire car, flights up to $1500 return economy, taxi vouchers to/from airport.
Qualifications: Registered with AHPRA and right to work in Australia.
