Culture Amp is seeking a commercially minded Global Procurement and Vendor Management Lead to optimize third-party spend across APAC, US and EMEA. You will own vendor management, renewal strategy and governance, partnering with Finance, Legal, Security and Technology to deliver measurable savings and robust commercial outcomes.

You will lead a small team, establish scalable procurement practices, and enable product and business teams to focus on core work.
