Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager/Director of Nursing to lead Crookwell District Hospital. This senior role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure protected, high-quality, person-centred care and a positive workplace culture across the facility.

The successful candidate will have registration as an RN with AHPRA, strong management experience, and a track record in budgeting, service targets and continuous quality improvement.
