The HR Ally is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for ServiceNow in Sydney. You will oversee a portfolio of Staff Augmentation engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

You will combine deep ServiceNow consulting experience with engagement governance, resource scheduling and financial oversight, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams. Solid stakeholder management and communication are essential.
