Qualitas, an ASX-listed Australian real estate investment manager, seeks an Associate to support equity, subordinated credit and opportunistic investments. You will analyze, structure and model investments, contribute to papers, and help manage a real estate portfolio with a bias toward risk-adjusted returns.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne. Permanent full time role within the Real Estate Private Equity & Structured Finance team, reporting to the Director.
