Newport News Shipbuilding in Adelaide, Australia, is seeking a senior mechanical/industrial engineer to support in-country qualification, supplier development, and TSIB collaboration. The role requires coordinating with US and AUS teams to qualify suppliers for VCS/ AUKUS programs and to meet production pace.

Robust QA and supplier management experience is essential. Beginning March 2027 for two years with potential renewals, relocation assistance is available and extensive travel is expected.
