Amida Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager in Newcastle, NSW, to lead heavy refurb and recent build initiatives valued up to AUD 10 million, within a market-leading Tier 2 contractor. The role requires strong commercial acumen, contracts and design management, and OHS compliance to deliver projects on time and to budget.

You will manage design teams and subcontractors, develop programmes, monitor cash flow, and maintain HSEQ standards across projects in heritage, industrial and defence sectors.
