BP is seeking an EV Operations Lead to drive uptime, efficiency and customer experience across the ANZ charging network. You will lead operational performance, manage vendors and partners, and govern maintenance programmes with a focus on protected, reliable operations.

You will provide back-up leadership for incident management and support cross-functional initiatives to optimise assets and costs while evolving the operating model for better performance.
