The Star Sydney is seeking an experienced Fraud Manager to lead the Fraud & Scams Operations function. You will drive identification, assessment, and mitigation of fraud risks across customers, products, and operations, ensuring robust controls and customer protection outcomes.

You will oversee day-to-day fraud operations, investigations, escalations, reporting, and continuous improvement, while partnering with stakeholders to balance customer outcomes with regulatory obligations.
