Roshana Care Group is seeking a Facility Manager for Macleod Aged Care in Melbourne. This full-time senior role will lead the 52-bed facility, overseeing operations, clinical and financial performance, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care in a safe, well‑managed workplace.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced aged care professional with RN background, registered with AHPRA, and a proven track record in leading large teams and driving quality improvement.
