Base Compute is seeking an ML Researcher to push the boundaries of on-device AI. You will identify problems, design experiments, and derive insights that translate into real-world performance, with significant ownership over our research agenda.

You will help set technical bets for the company, working on inference efficiency, model routing, and autonomous research pipelines while collaborating across time zones, including Melbourne and Berlin.
