Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an experienced EMS leader to guide the ongoing uplift of the Engineering Management System in Queensland. You will translate strategy into practical outcomes across people, processes, tools and programs, delivering the EMS roadmap and improving delivery across multiple programs.

Based in Fortitude Valley or Springfield with hybrid arrangements, this role requires Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain NV1 clearance.
