Reef seeks a senior Salesforce Product & Technical Lead to own the Salesforce ecosystem, drive data quality and CRM performance within a fast‑growing business.

You will balance hands-on development with product thinking, lead a Salesforce Administrator, and align initiatives with business goals across stakeholders.

This is a remote, full-time role aligned to Sydney hours, offering a performance-based bonus and the chance to shape Salesforce and CRM systems end-to-end.
