Capital Recruit is seeking a permanent Financial Controller in Canberra to manage EOM/EOFY reporting and lead the group finance function. You will drive the preparation of accurate statutory and management accounts, ensuring timely consolidation and compliance.

You will reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, manage cashflow, and mentor a small finance team within a construction-industry setting. The role reports to the Group CFO and offers autonomy in a busy, modernising finance setting.
