BlueScope Building Components in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing site at Novar Gardens. You will drive safety, productivity, and delivery performance across 48+ production lines, 30-vehicle fleet, and 24/7 maintenance coordination, while shaping a culture of inclusion and accountability.
You will report to the State Manager, oversee ~130 on-site staff, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, Safety and Finance to deliver cost-effective operations
