Mills Oakley is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Melbourne Intellectual Property team. With 3–8 years’ PQE in IP law, you will advise on trademarks, copyright, design and IP enforcement for local and international clients.
You will work closely with partners Lisa Egan and Joanna Lawrence, handling a diverse IP matter portfolio and providing strategic guidance while delivering high-quality drafting and client service in a cooperative firm culture.
