Anglicare Victoria’s The Orange Door program seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead across the western suburbs, including Werribee, with a focus on child wellbeing. This quick-paced leadership role spans Werribee, Yarraville and Footscray, coordinating across agencies to improve outcomes for children and families.

You’ll operate in a matrix governance model, provide practice leadership, and manage workforce planning, recruitment and budgets.
