BYRONS Lending Solutions is seeking an experienced asset finance broker who wants the backing of an established qualified services business while retaining ownership of their independently sourced client relationships.

A clear commercial structure
Self-generated deals:



retain 90% of commission and associated VBI.
BYRONS-referred deals: receive 50% of commission, with BYRONS retaining the other 50% and associated VBI.
VBI remains subject to applicable lender and aggregator arrangements.

Who we’re looking for
An established asset finance broker with consistent deal flow who can independently manage applications from enquiry through to settlement.
You value your independence and want to grow within a broader professional services business.

This is a commission-based opportunity with no base salary, suited to a broker who has an existing pipeline and wants to join a bigger business and take their business to the next level.

All discussions will be treated confidentially.
