Marsh is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support People Managers across the Pacific Region, with Auckland or Sydney as the base. You will coach, advise and enable leaders to optimise the employee lifecycle and drive a high-performance culture.

You will lead complex employee relations, performance management, and program rollout, partnering with ER, wellbeing, leave, and return-to-work processes. The role offers a hybrid work model with anchor office days.
