Sharp & Carter Healthcare is partnering to recruit a Care Manager for a large residential aged care home in Geelong. This role blends clinical leadership with day-to-day operations, mentoring nursing teams and driving quality outcomes to support secure, person-centred resident care.

The successful candidate will hold an AHPRA-registered RN status, have at least three years in nursing leadership, and work closely with GPs, allied health, and families to enhance resident experiences.
