RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join the resort leadership team. You will be the senior engineering authority, guiding all engineering and maintenance across buildings, grounds and plant, while driving safety, efficiency and guest-focused service.

This role combines hands-on leadership with asset management, capital works oversight and a robust focus on continuous improvement.
