Boyd Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead a large, quick-moving manufacturing floor in Melbourne. You will own daily operations, drive the production plan safely, efficiently and consistently, and lift overall performance.

You will report to the Operations Manager and CEO, with day-to-day control of production. This role requires a leader who knows people, numbers and how to deliver results on time.
