Marsh is seeking a Principal Broker to join our Commercial team in Sydney. This hybrid role requires in-person work at least three days per week.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience managing a commercial or corporate portfolio and will lead large tenders, design complex programs and expand opportunities across a diverse risk landscape. You will onboard current clients, build senior-level relationships with insurers, and drive renewal and broking strategies while ensuring client
