Columbia Aged Care is seeking a warm and organized Administration Assistant to join Strathdale Centre in Strathfield on a 9 month parental leave contract. You will be the friendly face residents see and the voice families hear, supporting rostering, resident files, and general administration.

Collaborating with our Facility Services Manager, you will help our facility run smoothly, manage appointments, maintain confidential records, and contribute to a caring, compliant aged-care setting.
