Westpac is seeking a Program Engagement and Coordination Manager to own end-to-end Unite Transformation capability team portfolio coordination, stakeholder alignment and operating rhythm, ensuring initiatives move from decision to delivery through one integrated plan.

You will integrate plans, milestones, stakeholders, decisions, risks and delivery dependencies, and run the Unite Transformation capability team working rhythms with explicit status and escalation.
