Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for Sydney Showground to lead a high-performing kitchen team during major events and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will drive menu development, maintain top quality, and manage stock and costs in a busy venue.

The role is full time, on-site at Sydney Showground, with weekend and public-holiday work as required.
