Ballina Shire Council is seeking a Road Construction Operator to predominantly operate a roller and assist in road construction and maintenance across the Shire. The role involves operating additional plant items and performing labouring duties to support infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates will have experience with road works, a Class MR or C licence (with willingness to upgrade), and relevant tickets (e.g., White Card, Chainsaw, Traffic Control).
