We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Field Service Technician who can work independently, manage complex technical issues and contribute to the capability of our established service team.

The Position

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will take responsibility for servicing, maintaining and commissioning a broad range of dental and biomedical equipment.

Your work will include:

Installation, configuration and commissioning of dental chairs, radiographic equipment, imaging systems and associated plant.

Advanced fault diagnosis and repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Preventative maintenance, equipment testing and performance qualification.

Servicing specialised systems including panoramic and 3D radiography, dental milling equipment and laboratory 3D printers.

Providing sound technical advice to clients and supporting junior technicians where required.

The Experience We Value





You will bring at least three years of relevant experience in dental or biomedical equipment servicing, supported by strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

We particularly value technicians who take ownership of their work, communicate confidently with clients and understand the importance of equipment reliability in a clinical workplace.

An electronics or plumbing qualification, together with a radiation equipment licence for testing and repair, would be highly regarded.

A current Australian driver's licence is required.
