We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Aged Care team and play a hands-on role across recruitment, candidate management and compliance.

If you're organised, comfortable speaking with people throughout the day and enjoy the satisfaction of moving someone from 'maybe' to 'ready to go', this could be a excellent next step.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with the Aged Care team to identify and progress suitable candidates through the recruitment journey.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Sourcing and engaging prospective candidates.
- Screening applications and identifying suitable people.
- Speaking with candidates about their experience, availability and opportunities.
- Coordinating interviews and progressing candidates through the recruitment process.
- Supporting candidate compliance and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate candidate information and progress updates.




- Keeping candidates engaged throughout their journey.Working with the broader HealthX team to help get the right people into the right roles.

What we'd love you to bring

You may already have recruitment or resourcing experience, or you may bring highly transferable experience from a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What matters is that you're someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys speaking with and helping people.
- Communicates confidently over the phone and in writing.
- Is organised and can keep multiple candidates moving at once.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Can balance people-focused conversations with process and compliance.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation.
