Padua College - Mornington invites applications for a Leadership - Level 2 role, a 3-year tenured position with an ongoing teaching appointment. The Learning Leader will oversee curriculum, teaching quality, and staff development within the Drama and Music areas.

Reporting to the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching, the successful candidate will lead curriculum design, instructional planning, and align courses with Padua College’s Learning and Teaching Framework.
