Hadley Designs is seeking an Affiliate and Influencer Program Manager to design and scale a cross-channel affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify. You will coach creators, run creator calls, and drive performance using structured incentives and AI-powered workflows.

You’ll report to the CEO and build a multimillion-dollar program, balancing systems with hands-on coaching, to generate sustainable growth and reliability across multiple sales channels.
